Friday morning we had a meeting with the parents and students to hand out the report cards.
Haitian parents take education seriously. All parents want their children to attend school.
A lot of the students live in refuge camps. We look forward to the next school year that will be starting in October.
Riodana Bosquet has downs syndrome. Over the years he has developed well and enjoys attending school. We hope to help more handicapped children in the future and to show haitian society that handicapped people should be included and not hidden.
We give the Lord thanks for teachers willing to teach and who take their task seriously.
