On the corner of Rte. 9 and Rte. Natioional #1 there is a refuge camp of people from Port-au-Prince.
It is isolated and there is no shelter from the sun for the people who live in this camp. It is not very well supplied.
These 2 men were cleaning up around the camp site.
Rte. 9 is a quick access into Port-au-Prince. You have to keep an eye out for cows like this one that is preparing to cross the road. They can be quite stubborn sometimes.
On Airport Rd. we saw this back hoe that couldn't start. The rebuilding process is moving in Port-au-Prince. It is good to see heavy equipment doing demolition work. Pray for the rebuilding process.
