The bamboo growing here is about 6 months old. Bamboo grows quickly.
This bamboo is about 1 year old.
Bamboo can grow as tall as 30 feet in 2-3 years.
There are test plots of bamboo throughout the site. It sure is nice to see trees and greenery!
To improve Haiti agriculture will need to make improvements. It is good to see organizations like ORE striving to improve agriculture and educating haitian farmers on new developments (especially new developments being designed here in Haiti)
