On Sunday afternoon we went over to the Karibe Hotel in the Juvenat area of Petionville.
They have an actual working water fountain in the yard!
And nice landscaping out front.
Our purpose was to visit the Orchid Extravaganza!
This is some fancy hotel! I couldn't believe that this is in the middle of Port-au-Prince! I don't get out to see the rich side of life here in Haiti. It was sort of a culture shock being inside the Karibe courtyard!
