QUEBEC READY TO WORK WITH THE NEW GOVERNMENT

The Minister of International Relations and Minister responsible for La Francophonie, Monique Gagnon-Tremblay, is pleased that the Prime Minister of Haiti, Dr. Gary Conille, has received the vote of confidence of the Haitian Parliament for the formation of his government and the statement of general policy.
"This news is all the more important that it means the establishment of a new government, which will contribute to the political stability. Quebec, which has developed over the years a strong relationship with the Haitian government, can only welcome this progress in the contexet where Haiti is the focal point of International Policy in terms of international solidarity," said the minister.
The Quebec government is ready to work quickly with the new government in the process of reconstruction of coutry.
