The medical team always comes well prepared for the variety of medical cases that they see. They have made lots of trips to Haiti and know what types of medical cases they are most likely to see.
The day before their arrival we went on a cleaning/organizing spree so that the living room/pharmacy will be presentable. Shilo helped out by killing the rat that was hiding behind a cabinet.
It doesn't take long for word to get around for medical clinics. The people in the neighborhood will communicate with each other. They are good about telling their neighborhood who may be sick that a clinic is being held.
The pharmacy was kept busy filling the prescriptions....
... and also doing nursing care for wounds, etc.
