"THE URGENCY CAN NOT BE AN OPTION"
(Haiti Libre) -
On 1 May, a holiday for Agriculture and Labor, President Martelly in his speech in Damien, took the opportunity to ask the Minister of Agriculture, Hébert Docteur, to accelerate the process of the rehabilitation of agricultural farms, necessary for the revival of agricultural research, and of the challenge that represents the degradation of our environment.
