When we turned onto the academy road we met this man who had his right lower arm amputated after an accident a few years ago. Sunday afternoon it seemed that every road we went down we met someone who had some form of amputation.
The doors are now installed and cemented into place. The parging of the front of the dormitory is now being done.
The cement boss is happy to have some steady work! He is able to provide for his family well now for a bit at least.
Paulna lives here at Coram Deo and enjoys going to school. She knows that the way out of village life is with an education. She doesn't need any encouragement to go to school. She is in her last year of elementary school, Grade 6 and will hopefully be writing the state exams. If she passes she will be starting secondary school in the fall! Pray that the government will be able to plan for and hold state exams this summer for the students who are able to go to school again.
