When we first saw Samson almost 9 months ago he was sick, miserable, and sitting in the dirt. Deedee, another missionary took him in and tended to his needs. Now he is at HIS Home for Children waiting to be adopted as his mother desires this option for him.
Yesterday his mother was able to spend some time visiting with him and also to meet with Chris about his dossier.
Samson is now a healthy young boy, with the opportunity of possibly going to the United States or Canada.
People wonder why adopt children? This mother has lost one of her children already to death. It is love and desire for a better life that leads a mother to make this decision. This is Samson's home in the village of Bonnette.
