PRESIDENT MARTELLY STRENGTHENS AND DIVERSIFIES THE ADVISERS OF HIS CABINET

After a series of criticisms, which alleged that the Head of State was surrounded only by friends,and remained closed to advice contrary to his thinking, the President Martelly decided to strengthen and diversify his cabinet in the areas of communication and technical assistance at the policy level.
Mario Dupuis, former Secretary of State for Communication in the second term of Jean Bertrand Aristide (2001-2004), and also the main leader of the neo Lavalas Platform Ansanm Nou Fò, becomes Adviser to the Head of State for communication.
Dischler Marcelin, the host of "public debate" on channel 11, also will work as a communications consultant.
Hérold Israël, Director of the Communications Office of the Presidency, yesterday presented the new spokesman of Michel Maretelly, journalist Lucien Jura. [former star presenter, of Signal FM, lawyer and journalist].
