"As head of the government, I urge you, brothers and sisters of parliament, to take stock of the challenges and issues and to walk vigorously and united in the wake of the opportunities of the new era which rises in an impatient Haiti; for a Haiti of change, of renewal and of modernity," concluded the Prime Minister, Garry Conille.
