The licence plate of the truck is visible. All the debris and scrap material was loaded onto a tow truck.
These guys are figuring out how to lift some parts up onto the tow truck.
Along with building better construction standards, there needs to be proper vehicle standards too. Many times we see dump trucks with wobbly wheels and laugh. There needs to be a system of vehicle inspection done to try and control these type of accidents.
Here is the motor of the dump truck. I read in an article that Medecins Sans Frontieres treats at their various hospitals an average of 300 accident victims each week. Pray for all those who were injured and for those families who are grieving the loss of their loved ones in this tragedy.
