This young boy cut the back of his heel on a piece of tin. Untreated it started to get necrotic after a few days. Tanya practised her nursing skills to help him heel.
With antibiotics and regular dressing changes it healed up fine.
The girls in the yard always braid each other's hair. They were eager to braid the visitor's hair too!
