Port-au-Prince is surrounded by mountains. You can see them in the background.
Towards the right is the port area. A soldier was reflecting by the seashore.
A couple more soldiers came over to see what was going on.
The visitors wanted to walk in the water until they saw the dirty shoreline. Then they decided just to look at the water. Hopefully the country will start "Protect the Environment Programs"!
They decided to search for "seashells by the seashore" instead.
