photos - medical clinics - part 4

This man lost both of his legs in an accident. With artificial legs he will have the opportunity to walk again. He is part of the handicapped association in Cite Soleil.

This young man was shot in February while driving a motorcycle. He received surgery at the St. Catherine Hospital in Cite Soleil where Medecins Sans Frontieres doctors work. He came to the clinic asking for assisting in changing the colostomy bag.

This young girl was happy to get her picture taken!

A young family came with their hydrocephalus baby. He was born in November. He is an excellent candidate for a surgery but unfortunately due to the earthquake the hydrocephalus project is on hold. Pray we can find care for Wichtaline in the United States.

The last clinic was held here at Coram Deo on Thursday. This elderly man almost collapsed at the registration table. He has a history of heart attack and stroke and was possibly on his way to having another heart attack but the medical team reacted quickly and he was stabilised.
