It is good to see progress being made at Pastor Octave's church.
Another reason the workers were hurrying to lay the blocks is because of Hurricane Tomas. I was worried the whole thing would get knocked down by wind if the vertical support pillars were not in place.
It was a good thing that Hurricane Tomas caused not much problems here in Port-au-Prince. There was only one night where we got a lot of rain and no winds!
I was worried about the domino effect of the old church roof support columns! The workers tore them down before the storm.
This young boy is giving the thumbs sign. Everything is okay so far with the church rebuilding!
