Haiti is a country of mountains behind mountains.
It was not that busy at the Fort Jacque market turnoff.
This sign marks a road construction for the Fermathe-Freres road and it is supposed to go on for 24 months.
The Fort Jacque road is paved with paving stones "adoquin" for part of the way. The views are nice and then a little bit up the road the road becomes very bumpy.
A lot of the people who are rich are building mansions in the mountains of Fort Jacque.
