Jacob - Abdominal Surgery

Jacob has taken a turn for the worse. This afternoon the doctor ordered a sonogram, then oxygen and then gave a list of supplies for an operation. Currently he is in the operating room. We were racing around tonight trying to find sutures. Pretty frustrating that a hospital with an operating room doesn't have sutures. We headed downtown and made a search at the pharmacies there. We found sutures at the first place we stopped at. We brought the supplies to the operating room and fifteen minutes later he was headed to the operating room. Please keep Jacob in prayer. He is very weak. Pray too for medical supplies. If anyone comes to Haiti we need emergency supplies like sutures, scalpels, Levine tubes, etc to have on hand.
