photos - james' visit - part 12

The kids caught a bug to see what it looks like under the microscope. Benson is taking a close look!

Manu spent last weekend writing out "I will not talk in class" 2,000 times because he was joking around with his friend at the school he attends. The other children helped him out at writing lines. I told them to make sure that the writing looks similar!

Our back kitchen needs a renovation. We make do with 3 "charcoal burners" for our large cooking pots. We have small, medium and large. You can see all 3 sizes being used at once. We want to get more environmental but are having trouble finding stoves to fit our large pots. The commercial stove we saw at Valerio Canez was very expensive.

This is a typical Haitian kitchen. Simple and workable, but not very environmental.

Along our walls here at Coram Deo we have "free" space that we are hoping to convert for other uses. We want to make advancements though one step at a time. Thanks for your support of our programs here.
