The Martelly fans were kept waiting until about 11:00am. We didn't stick around until then. We visited a few other sites.
It is very evident here in Port-au-Prince that Michel Martelly has a lot of supporters within the city!
We headed to Cite Soleil. The UN maintained a presence around the voting center at the Lycee there. These soldiers were conducting a foot patrol down the main road in Cite Soleil.
The Lycee is across the street from the church that we use when we hold medical clinics. There were quite a few people around the school watching the goings on at the voting center.
We knew some of the staff that were working inside. The 2nd round went better than the last round. No ballot stuffing took place here.
