This gate was not too far from where we live on Delmas 31. This voting center was delayed in opening because it did not receive voting materials on time.
People were in line waiting for their opportunity to vote at the Delmas 31 voting site.
The man in the red shirt was very angry with the voting staff. They couldn't find his name on the voting list and were not going to let him vote. He yelled that he would vote that day even if they would shoot him where he stood. There were still problems for the second round of people's names not appearing on the voting lists; which made people angry and frustrated.
The voting id card held by the voter is matched against a copy with the voting staff. The individual signs off and then is able to get a voting ballot.
