Due to the large amount of people in the area, there were quite a few police scattered around.
The CIMO police handle riots. They stayed in their cage while we were there; no riots going on...yet!
There was a long line of people waiting to enter inside to vote.
Police at the door controlled acess into the voting site.
There were a lot of bystanders watching the going-ons. The man with the white t-shirt has on the back written in red that he is an "Observateur". Several representatives watched over voting polls to note irregularities. Election day is an important day!
