Election Day - Haiti - November

Yesterday it was a successful election day in Haiti! We spent the day visiting different voting centres around the city. It was a calm atmosphere with people waiting in line to enter. There were some people who couldn't find their names on the voting lists and they weren't able to vote. People wanted to vote. They want the country to move forward and are frustrated that there still isn't a president. I think that the people showed their determination yesterday that they wanted to vote. Police did a great job at providing security and electoral workers did their job. This photo shows some happy people :)
