10 MINISTERS CONVENED
(Haiti Libre) -
3 Senators, Wesner Polycarpe, Jean-Baptiste Bien-Aimé; led by Jean-Charles Moïse, a fierce opponent of President Martelly, are at the origin of the convening of 10 Ministers of the Martelly-Lamothe Government.
Senator Moïse states that "each minister is convened for a specific reason, but related to the drift of the Martelly administration", justifying his approach by citing Article 92 of the Regulations of the Senate, which "allows a senator, through the office, to convene a member of the government on any matter of public interest;" stating that the letters of convocation, were handed out in accordance with the procedure to Simon Dieuseul Desras, President of the Senate, on June 11..
