We try to seek out the elderly. So often they are forgotten. A lot of them have problems with blood pressure or diabetes that go untreated.
Erol sitting next to one of the registration workers is registered in nursing school this year. He started in January and hopefully when he is done he will be able to help us out with his nursing abilities for clinics in the community.
Macdonald also knows english. He is physically handicapped with a degenerative neuro-muscular disease. He contributes to the clinics by translating at the registration table.
A contrast in expressions... one happy child and one sad :)
