One of the roads in our neighborhood always has a puddle/small lake during rainy season.
We live on Rue Magua. Rue Magua connects to Delmas 33 as well. The culvert pictured here passes under the road of Delmas 33 and with all the rain water storming through the water raced with a lot of force out the "shute".
The force of the water ate up a large portion of the road.
