BEYOND MOUNTAINS = GOLD AND COPPER!

MAJESCOR ANNOUNCES NEW COPPER-GOLD DISCOVERY ON HAITIAN PROPERTY(
(Haitian Truth) -

Majescor Resources (CVE:MJX) announced Thursday the discovery of a new copper-gold zone on the Somine property in Haiti.

Junior explorer Majescor owns the Somine project through its 100% owned subsidiary, SIMACT Alliance Copper Gold Inc., which is the majority shareholder of SOMINE SA, a Haiti company that owns the entire mineral rights to the Somine land.

The 50 square kilometre area is in the North-East mineral district of Haiti and is located on the same mineral belt as the Pueblo Viejo deposit in the Dominican Republic.

The new zone Majescor discovered, called the Matheliere zone, has a 2.4 kilometre strike length and is up to 800 metres wide. Of the 83 surface grab samples collected, 35 contain over 1% copper, while another nine showed between 0.5 parts-per-million and 9.0 parts-per-million of gold.

Another zone on the property, the Dos Rada zone, also has a copper-gold occurence, while the Blondin zone and the Douvray zone have a copper deposit of 50 million tonnes at 0.56% copper, and 69.5 million tones at 0.39% copper, respectively.

The Ottawa, Ontario-based company said it is currently finalizing the design of a core drilling program for the Douvray and Blondin zones, with the intention of defining and expanding mineralization.

The company, which also has properties in Quebec and Madagascar, said it also plans to implement a comprehensive mapping, sampling and induced polarization program for the Matheliere and Dos Rada zones to bring new gold-copper discoveries to the area within six months.
