Election day ended around 4:00pm and we drove to the CEP building on Delmas. A crowd of people were starting to gather. You can see police in the distance behind the barricades watching the people.
And the people were watching the police too!
The CIMO riot gear was out front of the electoral building ready to handle crowd control.

The UN was there as well. These soldiers are from Bangladesh. These soldiers were armed with guns and sticks!
