Benson received a Mother's Day visit from his mom. She is doing alright and spent a short visit with him. He loves his mother and enjoyed spending some time with her. Her problems prevent her from being able to look after him. Pray for Benson and his mom.
We gave her a gift of a small tent, sleeping mat and some food. Even before the earthquake she lived in a tarp home so life hasn't really changed too much for her after the earthquake.
Last week the children here at the Coram Deo school and other schools across the city that were open were writing their 3rd controle exams. This is Jn. Eddy's class.
They are serious about doing well in school.
I met Miss Justin at Bernard Mevs Hospital on Saturday. She has worked for Healing Hands as long as I have been going there. She is a very organized and dedicated nurse.
