Joseph Lambert has suggested to President Martelly, to recommend to the political cell, to publish the amendments made to the Constitution to avoid serious consequences...

"...if President Martelly does not publish the amendment, and he gets caught in the trap of those who say not to publish, I can tell you that the years that President Martelly will pass in power, these years will be politically damaging, politically poignant and years that will be very hard politically for President Martelly.

I think it is imperative that the Presidents of both Chambers reiterate their request to the President, so that the latter can publish as soon as possible, the amendment of the Constitution...
