The Grand Cayman has fast food! Here is a Kentucky Fried Chicken restaurant.
I think they serve fresh chicken too as you can tell by the chickens outside the door :)

Thanks for sharing your pictures of the cruise. Our daughter Lori lives at the grand cayman and we have been there a few times. The pictures sure look familar. Sorry to hear about Michelle and hoping and praying that the chemo will help.
