GUNMEN ATTACK HOME OF DON KATO'S MOTHER

PORT-AU-PRINCE – The private residence of the mother of Antonio “Don Kato” Cheramy, lead vocalist of ‘Brothers Posse’ came under gunfire Sunday by five individuals mounted aboard motorcycles.
The star of the 2003 film, ‘I Love You Anne’ said that the attackers vandalized his vehicle and breaking the windows and bumper. Afterwards the men killed a dog barking in the area.
Don Kato refrained from making a connection between the incident and his critical Karnaval 2012 song, ‘Stayle’, that would be critical of President Michel Martelly. The entertainer did denounce a group of questionable individuals that the president surrounds himself with.
