Shooting Today

The World Reach team held a clinic in the Duvivier/Rte. 9 area. Manu, Herode and Ramsey came back to say that the clinic was disrupted by thugs. The thugs were even allowed to get medical care but all they wanted was money. Police were called. The police shot in the air to scare away the thugs. One of the thugs got winged by a gun shot. The police arrested him and took him away. The people in the area were happy that that the police arrested one of the thugs. Pray for the police in Haiti. They have a difficult job fighting all the gangs that are operating, especially in the poor areas around Port-au-Prince. Pray for safety for the team and for our guys too.
