This young baby was also abandoned by the cat scan machine. The baby was born by caesarean section with an already enlarged head. The baby was only 3 days old when I took this photo. The hospital was able to find an orphanage to take in this baby as well. Pray for these 2 abandoned babies and for those who are caring for them now.
The hospital is small and it uses every available space to help as many people as possible. The mothers don't mind. Their children are getting the medical care that they need.
The mother of this young baby is a christian. She placed a bible by his head.
Nephtalie Bazile is a young girl who we had sent to the United States for surgery 4 years ago. She was getting evaluated to see if another surgery would help her. She can talk and communicate but because of her large head she still can not sit up by herself yet.
This child is sleeping restfully in her bed. The first surgical day, 7 surgeries were done.
