Each year in Haiti there is a book fair. I didn't attend this year's Livres en Folies but I have attended a few in prior years. I love to read and it is interesting to see different books written by Haitian authors. The key author at this year's book fair is Edwidge Danticat who has written several books that are available in english. I have a couple of them. Edwidge is an excellent author, showing that with an education the Haitian people can thrive and excel. The following is a video on story telling in Haiti. It is interesting
