Here is the finished Coram Deo logo on the front of the barrier. Erol did a great job in designing it! He has a lot of artistic talent.

The guys finished off painting the staircase.

Pastor Pierre and the cement boss have now started work on the last wall that needs repairing. Here they are preparing the support additions.

In order to properly fix the wall the old parging was removed. It is a slow process but here Pastor Pierre is chipping away at it bit by bit.

It will take a few days to do this work and the wall will look worse before improvement is shown. The guys are looking forward to painting it when it is done!

The guys work well together. All 3 of them are on the balance beam!

Erol is determined to paint the new logo on the barrier. First he repainted the barrier and then he drew the logo onto the barrier with a pencil. He enjoys art.

This is a work-in-progress photo. Erol had an audience the entire time.

Amos wanted to lend a hand too. The guys are really developing some good team work. They see how when you work together things get accomplished. The logo should be finished tomorrow.

We have been following the legacy of the Delmas 31 bridge. The children have regularly been visiting the bridge rebuilding. There have been some big changes happening! This photo is of the Delmas 31 bridge after it was damaged during the earthquake. The photo was taken 6 days after the earthquake. The damage doesn't look too severe and vehicles were still able to use the bridge at that time.

A local artist who is a friend of the guys came over to paint the logo on the inside of the property.

He had an audience while he worked. Everyone was curious to see how it turns out.

He is almost done. Everyone likes it but the face on the adult pictured in the logo looked familiar. Yesterday, night I figured out who it looks like ... Elvis! The sideburns give it away. I am going to ask the artist to put the face completely black as a contrast. I don't want to tell him it is because the face looks like Elvis!

The guys put the shelving in the food depot back together. Now everything can go back into its' place.

Pastor Pierre and the cement boss continue to work on the sides of the roof. The repairs on the top part of the roof will have to wait until the rainy season is over. The other evening we watched a dvd called "Are We Done Yet". It was a comedy about a family repairing an older house. The more work they did the more repairs they found that needed to be done. It was funny to watch! Our repairs are coming to an end though - I think.

There were a couple of earthquake cracks along the back wall that needed repairing too.

Amos is putting the finishing touches on the underside of the overhang near the hydro box.

Fedner was helping out too. Fedner is a quiet guy and he just keeps going with painting. He enjoys it and takes pride to see how it looks like when things are finished.

Ti-Boutchou was rolling under the car port area.

He also did some fine work with a brush. He is really concentrating here to do a good job.

Benson helped to prime the outside of the house too. Everyone loves to paint!

Johnny wanted me to take pictures to show everyone that they know how to paint.

It is more difficult painting between the rebar protecting the window.

In Haiti homes need the rebar in front of windows to prevent thieves from breaking inside.

The guys are still making Amos, the supervisor paint!

The challenge of the week was to paint the inside of the house and the guys met that challenge! They did a good job painting. This photo is of Fedner painting the kitchen.

Junior enjoyed helping out too.

Amos made sure everyone did a good job!

The school program is on summer break now and Erod, one of the teachers is now part of the painting team!

The guys didn't enjoy being supervised by Amos and told him to paint too! Here he is painting the hallway.
