This is an abdominal roller. I always have been active in sports too and used to have a fitness membership at Henfrasa, but since the earthquake the grounds have been used as a refuge camp. I know a lot of people who live in the camp and can't work out in the gym building while people are living in miserable conditions in the tarp/tents. By investing in purchasing our own equipment all the people here at Coram Deo can benefit including me :)
