Everybody was watching the actions of the rock throwers and the UN tanks.
These people are the rock throwers......
.... and through the haze of tire fires and overturned garbage dumpsters is the UN.
You can just make out a tank on the left side of the photo through the smoke haze.
A UN soldier was keeping an eye on the rock throwers. You can tell that most of the rocks came far short of their mark.
