At prior election protest marches people walked with red square cards which are symbols of a violation that results in a player being removed from the game by the referree during a soccer match. Here in Haiti the people used the red card to show the people's displeasure in the government and wanting them to be kicked out. Spray painted in blue on this wall is the expression translated into english as "Red card for Preval and the Inite party".
