The shooters are further up the street. You can see some of the guys in the Martelly crowd are throwing rocks at them to keep them from approaching. They pushed a vehicle on its side to use as cover. You can see journalists taking photos of the action too. We didn't stay long to watch!
We went a little forward again into the downtown area and again there was a disturbance in front with shooting.
Everybody was keeping an eye out. It was good to be in a crowd. You can tell that all directions were being watched by the crowd looking for gunmen.
It was clear and we continued to advance further downtown.
We made it to the Champ de Mars and the National Palace without anyone getting shot! This man in front is wiping his head. It was a long walk!
