The guys worked quickly filling up the buckets.
Here is a view from the top of the guys on the ladder (3) who pass the buckets of mortar from the bottom to the top. Jn. Eddy holds the rope to receive the empty buckets that are slid down the line. This is a typical Haitian manual operated assembly line for pouring a roof!
Jn. Eddy made sure that the flow of work kept moving; encouraging everyone who helped.
