The old support poles are standing/leaning.
It is neat how they make the forms for an arch.
The workers are now putting in the 2nd rebar frame to tie off the top row.
Cement is poured to form the arch.
Compared to the first photo in the beginning the children now have a more comfortable setting to learn.
