photos - visitors - part 4

We are remodeling the outside kitchen in order to house the gas burners. The cheapest and easiest solution to enclose the kitchen is by constructing a cyclone fence around it with a couple of gates for access. Dan Hulleman was in charge of designing and purchasing of materials.
Here the guys are rolling out the fencing to cut.
Bill was in charge of the plumbing project for my own personal sun water heater shower.
These are the charcoal cooking grills we use now. The first gate frame is done!
The guys made everything fit.

Alex took some time out to do "Manu push ups"!

The guys built a wheelbarrow out of a broken stretcher.

Rachel and the children painted for the finishing touches on the "stretcher barrow"! It comes in handy going to the store down the road for a case of coca cola.

Jeff provided directions to the guys on what needed to be done.

The visitors accomplished a lot of work while they were here. Here the guys are building a bookshelf for the living room/pharmacy.

We couldn't advance past these barricades.

Some soldiers were taking a break under the wings of this plane.

The Canadian military at this post is supporting the helicopters. We approached them about getting some construction materials.

They sent us to the other base which is across from the Industrial Complex on Airport Rd.

Late in the afternoon we went over to Shodecosa to pick up to the World Food Programme depot to pick up a load of food. This was a real blessing that we can share with people!
