We have around 100 people sleeping in our yard at night. We have prayer services every morning and night led by Pastor Marcelin and the elders of his church.
In the mornings the people leave the yard and are on the street. We don't have enough water so that all can bathe. We ration the water to make drinking water with bleach.
Families make do with what they have. People sleep on the ground on sheets or blankets.
It is amazing how children can still play and be happen even in the midst of a disaster.
Women in the church helped to cook the large pots of food to feed the people. Pray that we can find supplies of food. We have enough food for 9 more days so hopefully in that time we can find some more.
