When we go to camps we always seek out the handicapped. This young girl who lost her leg because of the earthquake recently had a second surgery to revise her stump. She told us that once the leg is healed that she would be getting a prosthesis. Pray for those who are helping her and that her stump heals well to support a prosthesis.
The Corrail camp has lighting.... solar powered. This especially helps for security during the evening.
In this open area the tents sometimes get battered by the winds but the large NGO's make sure the residents are supplied with another one.
The camp residents were frustrated at the beginning. But now the camp is a busy beehive of construction activity.
