Carlos Hercules, the President of the Federation of the Bar, considers that the members of the CSPJ should take office and the technical aspects of transfers made ​​in parallel. Given the deadlines given to the Commission, the inauguration of members of CSPJ, could take place in June, which he finds unacceptable.
