Phil and Rosalyn brought with them lots of reminders of Canada courtesy of government officials and the Dollar Store :) Here are some of the children with their souvenirs. Benson is not that impressed. He does not have a Canadian flag and he is also getting fed up with wearing his long cast.

Calens has minimal vision but he can see colors.
Erol did a good job at translating for the teacher seminars. He will be studying Nursing in January.
We took a group picture before the visitors left. It was a great time and encouraging too. Phil and Rosalyn plan to come back in February 2013 to conduct more seminars. Thanks Phil and Rosalyn for helping the Haitian teachers!

Love the blogs Karen. They are very informative. I love that you posted the pictures- a great reminder and that way I know I am getting the place names right! Thank you so much for showing us around and telling us so much. We had a fantastic time!
