Manu helped Teresa with translating at the registration area.
Jefftay, (Amos's brother) enjoyed helping out in the pharmacy.
My father even leant a hand at distributing some of the hand-made dolls that were donated.
The children swarmed him hoping for a doll. It was funny to watch.
It was a busy clinic day. Everyone took a break for lunch.
